We will hold this information for as long as we deem that our services and/or products are relevant to you or you expressly notify us that you wish us to destroy that data

Worldpay (payment card processing)
SMS Gateway – to send booking notification SMS text messaging to your Instructor and/or to you
Our Email gateway – to send emails to you
We may share your personal data internally between always driving group companies in order to provide special offers and relevant products and services.
We follow strict security procedures in the storage and disclosure of personal data which you have given us, to prevent unauthorised access in accordance with the UK data protection legislation. We do not collect sensitive data about you except when you specifically and knowingly provide it to us (for example how many Driving lessons you have had before signup/ date of driving test / driving experience etc) .
